Justin Browne

Mr. Browne is Of Counsel with the firm and litigates class actions, mass torts, and personal injury cases. He has been involved in Multi-District Litigations and nationwide class action. Recently, he was a leader in the pain pump litigation and is currently heading the firm’s Granuflo litigation. He is also working on the firm’s consumer class actions, Qui Tam litigation, and several personal injury cases. He joined the firm after managing a solo practice and working for litigation firms in Baltimore. He previously interned with the Honorable Richard D. Bennett of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He also worked for a non-profit organization while a law student. Prior to law school, Mr. Browne worked in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Mr. Browne graduated in the top 25% from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2008 and received the William P. Cunningham Award. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Alumni Board. He has published in the areas of consumer protection, veterans’ affairs, and education reform. He founded and co-chaired MSBA’s Military Law and Veterans’ Affairs Committee and has been recognized as MSBA’s 2009 Spotlight on Lawyers Award Recipient and as an Outstanding Volunteer by the Homeless Persons Representation Project. Beyond professional endeavors, he enjoys spending time with his son Drew Kingston, wife Ramona, and their two cats. He is licensed to practice in Maryland.
